[Problem] To provide a configuration with which it is possible to adjust the height of a vehicular seat in a space saving manner by controlling tilting of links by means of round units. [Solution] A link mechanism (30) capable of adjusting the height of side brackets (12a, 12b) with respect to respective risers (25a, 25b) comprises: links (31, 33) having one-side ends connected to the respective side brackets (12a, 12b) so as to be tiltable; links (32, 34) having one-side ends connected to the respective risers (25a, 25b) so as to be tiltable; a round unit (40a) which changes the height of the corresponding side bracket (12a) with respect to the riser (25a) by changing the connecting angle between the link (31) and the link (32); and a round unit (40b) which changes the height of the corresponding side bracket (12b) with respect to the riser (25b) by changing the connecting angle between the link (33) and the link (34).
