Abstract:
A seat metal frame with an adjustable lumbar support, comprising a metal frame body (1) and a lumbar support (2); guide rails (3) are fixed on the metal frame body (1), and the guide rails (3) have undulating wave-shaped surfaces; two ends of the lumbar support (2) are provided with mounting plates (21) that have hollowed-out structures (23); several wave-shaped protrusions (22) are provided at tail ends of the mounting plates (21); and once the lumbar support (2) is inserted into the guide rails (3) on two sides of the metal frame body (1) by means of the mounting plates (21), the wave-shaped protrusions (22) on the mounting plates (21) are clamped into the guide rails (3) to tightly match wave troughs on the surfaces of the guide rails (3). The mounting plates (21) provided with the hollowed-out structures (23) and several wave-shaped protrusions (22) at the tail ends of the mounting plates (21) which are designed at two ends of the lumbar support (2) can ensure that the mounting plates (21) and the guide rails (3) have elasticity while matching and clamping tightly in a wave shape, and under the action of an external force, the lumbar support (2) moves up and down more easily on the wave-shaped guide rails (3) without the feeling of being stuck, thus improving comfort when adjusting the lumbar support (2) up and down.
