Abstract:
The present invention obtains a seat pad configured as follows: a seat pad body 1 is formed by disposing an elasticity-characteristic adjustment seat 3 in a mold 4, supplying a foam raw material to the area below the seat 3 through a raw material injection hole 33 formed in a prescribed position in the seat 3, and curing the foam; the seat 3 is embedded in the seat pad body 1 in a state where the seat is integrated with foam resin. The obtained seat pad enables excellent elasticity characteristics to be obtained, such that both a stroke sensation and a bottoming-out sensation when someone sits thereon are achieved, without reducing vibration characteristics.
