Abstract:
A seat reclining device for a vehicle is provided which allows a lock member to lock with more accurate timing. When a first memory member (61) rotates relative to a second rotating member (22) to a prescribed relative rotation position (Q1) at which a second memory member (62) sliding on a sliding surface can be inserted into an engagement groove (65), the sliding trailing end (80a) of the second memory member (62), which is the last portion to leave the sliding surface, is a corner portion (X) not having a curved shape. Further, the boundary portion (81) between the sliding surface and the engagement groove is also a corner portion (X) not having a curved shape.
