Abstract:

When a guide roller (27) of a restraining lever (18) is engaged with an engaging surface (25a) of a restraint-releasing part (25), the restraining lever (18) is disposed in a restraint-releasing position (Q18) and a lock lever (12) can be selectively disposed in a lock position and a lock-releasing position (Q12), in a seat-down state (D) in a seatable area of an upper rail (5). When the guide roller (27) of the restraining lever (18) is engaged with an engaging surface (26a) of a restrainable part (26), the restraining lever (18) is disposed in a restrainable position (P18) and the lock lever (12) can be held in the lock-releasing position (Q12), in the seat-down state (D) in a seatable area of the upper rail (5).
