Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a seat for vehicles that is capable of canceling a walk-in action, using a simple operation. This seat for vehicles comprises: a mechanism that moves a seat cushion (2) from a seating position to a retracted position, by the operation of an operation unit (9); and a walk-in cancel mechanism (400) that cancels a walk-in action whereby, when the seat cushion (2) has moved from the seating position to the retracted position, restricts rotation of the seat back (3) to the fully-inclined position side when the seat back (3) has rotated to an intermediate inclined position, and switches a slide rail device which is in a locked state, to an unlocked state. The seat for vehicles is configured such that the walk-in cancel mechanism (400) operates automatically in conjunction with the operation of the operation unit (9).
