Abstract:

This seat comprises: sensors including first cushion sensors (SC1) that are disposed at positions in the seat cushion (S1) corresponding to the buttocks of a seated individual, second cushion sensors (SC2) that are positioned to the front of the first cushion sensors (SC1) in the seat cushion (S1), first back sensors (SB1) that are disposed at the lower portion of a seatback (S2), and second back sensors (SB2) that are disposed in the seatback (S2) above the first back sensors (SB1); and a control device (100) that is connected to the plurality of sensors so as to be able to acquire pressure values from each of the sensors. The control device (100) is configured so as to be able to identify motions of the seated individual on the basis of the output of at least two sensors among the first cushion sensors (SC1), the second cushion sensors (SC2), the first back sensors (SB1), and the second back sensors (SB2).
