Abstract:
The present invention relates to a seawater battery using a photoelectrode during charging. A seawater battery according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: an anode unit including an anode impregnated into an organic electrolyte; a cathode unit including a first cathode and a second cathode impregnated into seawater; and a solid electrolyte positioned between the cathode unit and the anode unit so as to separate the cathode unit from the anode unit, wherein the first cathode can comprise a photoelectrode.
