Abstract:
The present invention prevents potential of a positive electrode and potential of a negative electrode from being overvoltages, and suppresses advancement of deterioration of a secondary battery. Disclosed is a secondary battery control apparatus that controls a secondary battery. The secondary battery has a positive electrode and a negative electrode, the secondary battery control apparatus has a positive/negative electrode potential measuring section, which measures potential of the positive electrode, and potential of the negative electrode, a current detecting section, which measures a current flowing in the secondary battery, and a temperature detecting section, which measures a temperature of the secondary battery. On the basis of the positive electrode potential of the secondary battery, the negative electrode potential of the secondary battery, the current of the secondary battery, and the temperature of the secondary battery, a current flowing to the secondary battery is limited.
