Abstract:
In the disclosed secondary-battery control device, an over-discharge prevention unit (40) performs over-discharge prevention control wherein, for a prescribed set period, if a secondary battery (300) is not being charged, the state of charge of the secondary battery (300) is less than or equal to a first set state of charge, and the voltage of the secondary battery is less than or equal to a first set voltage, the secondary battery (300) is charged. When the secondary battery (300) has been charged for a prescribed set time, if the state of charge of the secondary battery (300) exceeds a second set state of charge or the voltage of the secondary battery (300) exceeds a second set voltage, which is higher than the first set voltage, the over-discharge prevention unit (40) terminates the over-discharge prevention control.
