Abstract:
Provide is a secondary battery control device comprising a control unit for correcting battery characteristics related to open circuit voltages with respect to the residual capacities of a secondary battery. In the secondary battery control device, the control unit acquires a plurality of open circuit voltage data for the battery characteristics during the charging of the secondary battery, the control unit corrects the open circuit voltages between each of the data pairs in at least some combinations among the plurality of open circuit voltage data when the secondary battery is fully charged, and the control unit corrects the full charge capacity calculated from the correction of the open circuit voltages between each of the data pairs, using weighted averaging with the difference in corresponding residual capacities between each of the data pairs.
