Abstract:
The present invention relates to a secondary battery and a lifespan prediction device therefor, and the objective of the lifespan prediction device according to one embodiment of the present invention is to predict the lifespan of the secondary battery comprising an electrode assembly, a cathode tab, an anode tab, a case, and a plurality of reference electrodes. In particular, the lifespan prediction device predicts the remaining lifespan of the secondary battery by detecting impedances for regions of different ranges of the secondary battery by using the plurality of reference electrodes.
