Abstract:
A secondary battery manufacturing system for realizing the present invention includes: a separator and electrode automatic supply unit for automatically supplying a separator, a cathode electrode, and an anode electrode; an upper and lower separator unwinder for independently unwinding each separator on upper and lower sides; a separator and PET film rewinder for rewinding the separator and a PET film; first and second suction tension control systems for preventing or minimizing wrinkles, meanderings, and shrinkage of the separator; a cathode electrode alignment vision and automatic correction unit for photographing and correcting a position of the cathode electrode; an anode electrode alignment vision and automatic correction unit for photographing and correcting a position of the anode electrode; a stacking alignment vision and automatic correction unit for photographing and correcting a stacking process of the cathode electrode, the anode electrode, and the separator; and a laser cutting and knife cutter for cutting the separator using a laser method.
