Abstract:
The present invention relates to a secondary battery having a structure for electrically connecting a plurality of secondary batteries, and a module thereof, and provides: a secondary battery comprising an electrode assembly, a case for accommodating the electrode assembly in the inner space thereof, and a cap plate provided at one end of the case so as to close the inner space of the case, wherein a recess for accommodating a cap busbar is formed on the outer surface of the cap plate; and a secondary battery module comprising a plurality of secondary batteries, a spacer inserted between the secondary batteries, and a cap busbar bonded to a case of each of the secondary batteries.
