Abstract:
The present invention enables a secondary battery, which comprises an electrolyte layer that contains a sulfide solid electrolyte, to achieve a good balance between the withstand voltage properties and the ion conductivity of the electrolyte layer. A secondary battery according to the present disclosure comprises a positive electrode, an electrolyte layer and a negative electrode; and the electrolyte layer contains a sulfide solid electrolyte and a perfluoropolyether which is represented by formula (1). (1): E1-Rf1-RF-O-Rf2-E2
(In formula (1), each of Rf1 and Rf2 independently represents a C1-16 divalent alkylene group which may be substituted by one or more fluorine atoms; each of E1 and E2 independently represents a monovalent group that is selected from the group consisting of a fluorine group, a hydrogen group, a hydroxyl group, an aldehyde group, a carboxylic acid group, a C1-10 alkyl ester group, an amide group which may have one or more substituents, and an amino group which may have one or more substituents; and RF represents a divalent fluoropolyether group.)
