Abstract:

A secondary cell management device 100 is connected via the Internet 212 to an electronic device 210 using a secondary cell as the drive power source. The secondary cell management device 100 acquires the performance information of the secondary cell from the electronic device 210 and measures the degradation level of performance of the secondary cell in a prescribed unit period. The secondary cell management device 100 calculates the usage fee of the secondary cell in the unit period in accordance with the degradation level. The secondary cell management device 100 may notify the user of the electronic device 210 about the replacement time of the secondary cell or the predicted future degradation of the secondary cell, etc.
