Abstract:
Provided is a secondary cell in which a sealing edge of a cell exterior package is formed by a combination of a first exterior package part and a second exterior package part of an exterior package for housing an electrode assembly. In this secondary cell, at the sealing edge, the second exterior package part is folded back so as to sandwich the first exterior package part therein. A foldback adhesion part, which has a folded back form in cross-section view of the sealing edge, is provided in an inter-metal-layer region between the metal layer of the first exterior package part and the metal layer of the folded-back second exterior package part.
