Abstract:

This secondary coil module is provided with a circular arc-shaped coil and a cooling jig. The circular arc-shaped coil has a refrigerant introduction port and a refrigerant discharge port. The cooling jig has: a refrigerant introduction pipe having an opening tip part configured to be fittable to the refrigerant introduction port; a refrigerant discharge pipe having an opening tip part configured to be fittable to the refrigerant discharge port; a first connection component that connects the opening tip part of the refrigerant introduction pipe to the refrigerant introduction port in an attachable/detachable manner; a second connection component that connects the opening tip part of the refrigerant discharge pipe to the refrigerant discharge port in an attachable/detachable manner; a refrigerant supply pipe that is connected to the refrigerant introduction pipe so as to extend radially outward of the circular arc-shaped coil; and a refrigerant recovery pipe that is connected to the refrigerant discharge pipe so as to extend radially outward of the circular arc-shaped coil.
