Abstract:
A secondary liquid-state slag temporary storage system with flow temperature monitoring and controlling functions, comprising a slag ladle shell (1), a stopper, a slag falling tube (2), and a sealing cover (10); a slag inlet (12) is formed in the upper part of a slag ladle shell (1); a plurality of slag outlets are formed in the side surface of the bottom of the slag ladle shell (1); each slag outlet is composed of a seat brick (100) and a fixed-diameter nozzle (6); the stopper is provided in each slag outlet, and each stopper comprises a stopper head (7), a stopper rod (9), and a stopper control device (8); each seat brick is provided with a seat brick channel (101) and a fixed-diameter nozzle accommodating cavity (102) communicated with each other; the fixed-diameter nozzle is installed in the fixed-diameter nozzle accommodating cavity; the b seat brick channel is communicated with the slag ladle shell and an inlet of a fixed-diameter nozzle inner channel of the fixed-diameter nozzle; the stopper rod is connected with the stopper head and the stopper control device; each stopper control device is used for controlling the flow area between the stopper head and the fixed-diameter water nozzle; the sealing cover (10) is provided outside each fixed-diameter nozzle, and the bottom of the sealing cover is provided with a slag falling pipe (11). According to the system, the liquid-state slag temporary storage function and the flow temperature monitoring and controlling functions can be achieved, the liquid-state slag is subjected to subsequent granulation process continuously and stably, and the secondary liquid slag temporary storage system can be widely applied to liquid-state slag granulating waste-heat recycling systems.
