Abstract:
A secondary processing device for sesame pressing filter residues, comprising a support base (1), a traction shaft lever (2) being provided at the upper end of the support base (1), a rotary inner cylinder (4) being installed on the traction shaft lever (2), a fixed outer cylinder (5) being provided on the periphery of the rotary inner cylinder (4), and a filter residue processing assembly (6) being provided on the inner side of the rotary inner cylinder (4). Further disclosed is a secondary processing method for sesame pressing filter residues. The filter residue processing assembly (6) is used for crushing sesame pressing filter residues, and in cooperation with the rotation of the rotary inner cylinder (4), the sesame pressing filter residues in the rotary inner cylinder (4) are made to roll and hit each other, so that residual sesame oil in the sesame pressing filter residues is separated into the fixed outer cylinder (5) from filtration pores (42) and discharged via an oil discharge outlet (51), thus part of the sesame oil contained in the sesame pressing filter residues can be fully utilized so as to save resources, thereby solving the problems that part of sesame oil contained in sesame pressing filter residues cannot be fully utilized and resources are wasted because the sesame pressing filter residues cannot be subjected to secondary processing.
