Abstract:
 The present invention is provided with a PWM module (63) that outputs a drive pulse (P2) to a switching means (57) in synchronization with a synchronized pulse (P1) that has twice the frequency of the high-frequency current of primary-side induction wiring (14). By switching the switching means (57) to a contact state when the drive pulse (P2) is on, and to an open state when the drive pulse (P2) is off, the PWM module (63) implements output voltage feedback control to cause the output voltage of an output capacitor (56) to reach a reference voltage. When the power feed to the primary-side induction wiring (14) is to begin, the module (63) outputs, to the switching means (57), the width of the drive pulse (P2) as one half of the pulse width of the drive pulse that can be output. The module (63) forcibly implements output voltage feedback control if the output voltage does not reach the reference voltage within the reference time in which the output voltage (V2) of the output capacitor (56) should reach to the reference voltage.
