Abstract:
The present invention relates to a section handling machine with a rotary mechanism ( 1 ), which is located on a production bench and is made from various materials, which can be moved around and processed at a desired angle and depth. The invention relates to a section handling machine with rotary mechanism ( 1 ); comprised of at least one milling tip (2) capable of handling a section made from a variety of materials coming from a production bench, at least one milling motor (3) providing handling capability to the milling tip (2), a milling motor (3) and a milling tip with at least one shaft (4) providing movement in the plane comprises at least one bearing (6) which causes the motor (5) rotating the shaft (4) and the milling tip to move 360 degrees around the section coming from the production stand.

Claims:
CLAIMS

1. - A section handling machine with rotary mechanism (1); consisting at least one milling cutter (2) capable of handling the section made from various materials coming from the production bench,

at least one milling motor (3) for imparting handling capability to the milling tip (2),

at least one shaft (4) for allowing the milling motor (3) and the milling tip (2) associated therewith to move in the horizontal plane,

at least one motor (5) for rotating the shaft (4) and

at least one bearing (6) allowing the milling tip (2) to move 360 degrees around the section coming from the workbench.

2. As claimed in Claim 1 ; a section handling machine with rotary mechanism (1); characterized by the milling tip (2) is made of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and/or a material which is manufactured with the power of carving, drilling, and/or cutting the sections produced from aluminum.

3. As claimed in Claim 1 or 2; a section handling machine with rotary mechanism (1); characterized by the milling motor (3), which operates the milling tip (2) with high number of revolutions.

4. A section handling machine with rotary mechanism (1) as claimed in any of the preceding claims, characterized by a shaft (4) in the form of a screw.

5. A section handling machine with rotary mechanism (1) as claimed in any of the preceding claims, characterized by a shaft (4) holding a milling tip (2) connected to the milling motor (3) and the milling motor (3).

6. A section handling machine with rotary mechanism (1) as claimed in any of the preceding claims, characterized by an motor with servo control (5).

7. A section handling machine with rotary mechanism (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized by an motor (5) which moves the milling tip (2) in both horizontal and vertical axes with instructions from a CNC (Computer Numerical Control) unit.

A section handling machine with rotary mechanism (1) according to Claim 7; characterized by the motor (5) changing the contact location on the section of the milling tip (2) in the X and Z axes in the direction of the various pre-loaded programs, thereby making holes for water drainage, drilling, barrel space and/or hinge holes on the section.

A section handling machine with rotary mechanism (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized by the bearing (6) comprising at least two motors (5) on both sides of which the milling motor (3), the milling tip (2), the shaft (4) and the milling tip (2) move the horizontal and vertical axes.

10. A section handling machine with rotary mechanism (1 ) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized by a bearing (6) having a width which is such as to encompass the circumference of the section in the size of 320x135mm.

12. A section handling machine with rotary mechanism (1) according to Claim 11, characterized by the bearing (6) able to rotate around itself, so that the milling tip (2), which can move on 4 axes, to be able to move in 5 axes in total.

Description:
A SECTION HANDLING MACHINE WITH ROTARY MECHANISM

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a section handling machine with a rotary mechanism, which is located on a production bench and is made from various materials, which can be moved around and processed at a desired angle and depth.

Prior Art

At the present time, computerized controlled systems are used in many sectors to increase production speed and capacity in various tasks , An area where computerized control systems are used is CNC (Computer Numerical Control) handling machines that cut, drill and/or engrave material in the form of unhandled section from the production workbench, CNC processing machines are preferred in places with large production capacity to handle and cut PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), steel and/or aluminum sections. Generally, a train surface of the section to be handled is cut before entering the CNC handling machine and brought into a position that can fit into the cabinet of the CNC handling machine. However, cutting a part of the section before handling the section with this section handling method and handling the cut section piece in the cabinet of the CNC machine causes both the productivity to decrease and the production to slow down. For these reasons, there is a need for a section handling machine with a rotary mechanism that allows the section to be handled without interruption to the production bench and which can be quickly turned around while handling the section on the section handling machine. The invention subject of the patent application no TR201714917, which is known in the prior art, refers to a CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine that handles and cuts PVC (polyvinyl chloride) section is referred. The present invention is a computer-controlled machine in which PVC material can be cut and handled in a single production line. The robot arms in the entry and exit sections on this accompanying machine direct the PVC sections on the production stand to automatically cut the section to be cut. PVC section material coming from the production bench is cut and brought to a form to fit into the cabinet of the mentioned handling machine. However, it is not mentioned in this invention that the PVC section coming from the production bench can be handled by turning around the section along the section length without having to cut it.

Short Description of the Invention

The aim of the present invention is to realize a section handling machine with rotary mechanism capable of turning a sufficiently long size section without having to use a separate machine for handling (milling) and cutting operations on production bench of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and aluminum materials.

Another aim of the invention is to realize a section handling machine with a rotary mechanism which can operate the corresponding section in a suitable manner according to the desired angle with the double-ended tool system on the production bench.

Another aim of the invention is to realize a section handling machine with a rotary mechanism, using a computer program which is controlled by CNC (Computer Numerical Control) and which has a program defined by itself and which performs many operations such as water discharge channel, triple drilling, barrel nest, window arm space, hinge holes with fast and high precision. Disclosure of the Invention

To achieve the aim of the present invention, this "Section Handling Machine with Rotary Mechanism" is presented in the attached figures and these figures are;

Figure - 1 is a front perspective view of the detail of the section handling machine with rotary mechanism which is subject o of the invention.

Figure - 2 is a side perspective view of the detail of the section handling machine with rotary mechanism which is subject o of the invention.

The invention relates to a section handling machine with rotary mechanism (1); at least one milling cutter (2) capable of handling the section made from various materials coming from the production bench,

at least one milling motor (3) for imparting handling capability to the milling tip (2),

at least one shaft (4) for allowing the milling motor (3) and the milling tip (2) associated therewith to move in the horizontal plane,

at least one motor (5) for rotating the shaft (4) and

at least one bearing (6) allowing the milling tip (2) to move 360 degrees around the section coming from the workbench. In one embodiment of the invention, the milling tip (2) is made of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and/or a material which is manufactured with the power of carving, drilling, and/or cutting the sections produced from aluminum.

In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the milling motor (3) operates the milling tip (2) with a high number of revolutions.

In the preferred embodiment of the invention, shaft (4) is of screwed structure. The shaft (4) has the milling tip (2) which is connected to the milling motor (3) and the milling motor (3).

In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the motor (5) is servo-controlled. The motor (5) moves the milling tip (2) both horizontal and vertical axes with instructions coming from CNC (Computer Numerical Control) unit. The motor (5) changes the contact location on the section of the milling tip (2) in the X and Z axes in the direction of the various pre-loaded programs, thereby making holes for water drainage, drilling, barrel space and/or hinge holes on the section.

In one embodiment of the invention, the bearing (6) comprises at least two motors (5) on both sides of which the milling motor (3), the milling tip (2), the shaft (4) and the milling tip (2) move the horizontal and vertical axes. In one embodiment of the invention, the bearing (6) is wide enough to wrap around the section of the 320x135mm size. The bearing (6) can be rotated 360 degrees around its axis by the motor (5). The bearing (6) is able to rotate around itself, so that the milling tip (2). which can move on 4 axes, to be able to move in 5 axes in total.

The invention in relation to a section handling machine with rotary mechanism (1 ) performs its task quickly in line with the parameters entered in the CNC unit. In the direction of the entered parameters, the milling tip (2) on the bearing (6) works by turning 360 degrees around the section in 5 axis in total. The mobility of the milling tip (2) consists of 5 axes in total with two servo-controlled motors (5) on one surface of the bearing (6) and 4 axes and a bearing (6) on which the milling tip (2) is fixed.

According to the invention, the section coming from a production bench is handled quickly at the desired angle and by means of the program supplied thereto with the handling machine with a rotary mechanism (1), In addition, a handling machine with a rotary mechanism (1) increases the production efficiency by handling with rotating units rotating 360 degrees around the section to be processed.

It is possible to develop a wide variety of applications with the invention of the handling machine with rotary mechanism (1 ), the invention can not be limited to the examples disclosed herein, it is essentially as specified in the claims.
