Abstract:
A section steel guide and guard device, comprising a fixing machine frame (1), a swinging mechanism (3), and guide and guard mechanisms (2) with a section steel channel provided therebetween. The guide and guard mechanisms (2) are movably arranged in the fixing machine frame (1); the swinging mechanism (3) comprises a driving device (33), a sliding sloping plate (32) and a base (31), wherein the sliding sloping plate (32) is connected to the base (21) in a sliding manner, and the driving device (33) is connected to the sliding sloping plate (32) and drives the sliding sloping plate to slide on the base (31); the guide and guard mechanisms (2) are arranged on the swinging mechanism (3) and in rolling contact with the sliding sloping plate (32); and the sliding sloping plate (32) is driven by the driving device (33) to drive the guide and guard mechanisms (2) to move and/or rotate in the fixing machine frame (1), so as to change the position of the section steel channel and guide the position of section steel. The device uses a simple driving structure, and can quickly and accurately adjust the positions of sliding guide rollers, such that the position of the section steel channel is adjusted; and the guide and guard mechanisms and the swinging mechanism are mounted in a pressing contact manner, no connector is required, such that replacement and mounting thereof are convenient, and the switching efficiency of the production line is improved.
