Abstract:
A sectioning line recognition device is provided with: a movement amount estimation unit for estimating a movement amount of a vehicle; a sectioning line position estimation unit for estimating a position of a white line candidate from each image taken by a plurality of cameras; a sectioning line candidate selection unit for selecting at least one of a plurality of white line candidates on the basis of changes in the movement amount of the vehicle and the position of the white line candidate; a sectioning line position decision unit for deciding a current position of a sectioning line from among the selected white line candidates; and a reference position setting unit for setting a reference position of the sectioning line on the basis of the movement amount of the vehicle and the position of the sectioning line decided before a lapse of the time, wherein the sectioning line position decision unit decides, as the current position of the sectioning line, the white line candidate closest to the reference position set by the reference position setting unit.
