Abstract:

A sector drive device (10) for an optical instrument, comprising a sector (60) having a first engagement hole (63) engaged with a working member (27) reciprocatingly moving in a specified range and a second engagement hole (62) engaged with a pivot shaft (61) fixed to a shutter substrate (50) and opening and closing a shutter opening (51) formed in the shutter substrate (50) according to the movement of the working member (27). The first engagement hole (63) is formed in a circular shape allowing the rotation of the working member (27), the second engagement hole (62) is formed in an elongated shape, and the elongated hole is formed, when the first engagement hole is moved according to the movement of the working member, to swing the sector (60) to a position where the shutter opening (51) is opened and closed by the sector.
