Abstract:
The present invention relates to a bag or suitcase to be used to carry objects that are valuable and must kept confidential. The invention relates to a secure messenger bag, a bag that will be used to carry valuable objects that are intended to kept confidential from one place to another, comprising electronic systems, which are attached to this bag that enable the tracking of the transportation system via satellite, which interconnects the unlocking of the system to the predetermined conditions, and in which these conditions can be coded on the related parts of the circuit, and which can destroy its contents when it is necessary.

CLAIMS

1. The invention is a system of a secure messenger bag, characterized in that; the secure messenger bag (12) comprises a smart control unit (1 ), the contents compartment (1 1 ) in which the contents to be transferred are located, the lock ing mechanism (5) which has a locking function and is connected to the smart control unit (1 ), GPS receiver (7), clock module (8), secondary safety circuit (6) and sensors (9) connected to said smart control unit (1 ).

The invention is a system of a secure messenger bag according to Claim 1 , characterized in that; the smart control unit (1 ) of the secure messenger bag (12) comprises the smart card with GSM (2) organizing all functions, a micro processor (2a), at least one RF Transceiver (3) and one GSM transceiver (4) that enables the communication of the secure messenger bag (12) with the user.

The invention is a system of a secure messenger bag according to Claim 1 or Claim 2, characterized in that; it comprises a clock module (8) in which the history of all processes of the smart control unit (1 ) is traced, and a GPS re ceiver (7) for the location communication of the system mentioned above with the satellite.

The invention is a system of a secure messenger bag according to Claim 1 , Claim 2 or Claim 3, characterized in that; the safe messenger bag (12) com prises the contents compartment (1 1 ), a body container (1 1 a) surrounding the bag, inside the secure messenger bag (12) and outside the contents compart ment (1 1 ), a secondary safety circuit (6) connected to the smart control unit (1 ) inside the mentioned body container (11 a), and leaf relays (6a), which are placed on the inside of the body container (11 a) surrounding the bag in con nection with the safety circuit (6) and are only known to the manufacturer.

5. The invention is a system of a secure messenger bag according to Claim 1 or Claim 4, characterized in that; it comprises a security notification section (6b) in connection with leaf relays (6a).

The invention is a system of a secure messenger bag according to Claim 1 , Claim 2, Claim 3 or Claim 4, characterized in that; it comprises other sensors (9) which are associated with the smart control unit (1 ) on the secure messen ger bag (12) that are measuring the environmental conditions of the secure messenger bag (12), such as air pressure, temperature, loudness, humidity, etc. can be connected to the system. 7. The invention is a system of a secure messenger bag according to Claim 1 or Claim 2, characterized in that; it comprises the smart interface (1 a) and the computer systems (1 b) connected to the smart control unit (1 ).

8. The invention is a system of a secure messenger bag according to Claim 1 or Claim 2, characterized in that; the secure messenger bag (12) comprises a locking mechanism (5) connected to the smart card with GSM (2) and a bag contents destruction module (10).

Description:
SECURE MESSENGER BAG

The Subject of the Invention

The invention relates to a bag with a new security system. The subject of the invention relates to the design of a bag security system that conditions the unlocking of the new bag to reach its contents to multiple parameters such as location information, password and so on and thus makes it difficult for unauthorized persons to access its contents in undesirable places.

Prior Art

Today, technological developments are being recorded in many areas and every day a great progress is being witnessed on security technologies and systems. The safes and briefcases, which were previously larger and separate systems, are now in the form of integrated ones with smaller sizes. As a result of this change and with the use of these devices in all areas of exchange, the security issues that occurred during the transportation of important assets such as documents, valuables that should be considered for ensuring their privacy and security, and thus the security issues that caused the emergence of a greater sensitivity on such issues as anticipated.

In the prior art, a secure messenger bag equipped with security systems requires some physical features and technologies to be applied to such products in order to prevent any external attack. These products, which are combination of bags and electronic safe boxes, have to be physically and mechanically protected against external attacks.

Currently used messenger bags and systems used in the transport of important objects such as boxes are intended only for physical protection purposes and are aimed to provide safety with analogue lock systems which do not contain any advanced protection system for keeping the transferred object out of the reach of unauthorized individuals.

In the prior art, many studies have been carried out in order to increase the safety of transportation means such as bags and luggages, and these inventions are protected by patents. Most of these patents are inventions involving simple mechanisms. The main ones of these inventions are described below.

In the prior art, there are many patents and designs related to boxes, such as messenger bags and systems used for transportation of important objects or valuables. However, a bag patent which does not permit the use without the desired conditions are fulfilled, without specified location data is checked and confirmed, and without an opportunity of destroying the contents if desired, has not been encountered in the literature.

In a China patent no. CN105781254, magnetic locks are used to ensure the safety of a bag or a suitcase, and the lock is opened with an externally applied magnetic signal. For additional security, the status of the lock is controlled by a sensor and if it is opened, the unlocking status and the geographical position are transmitted to an another predetermined point. Yet, a bag patent similar to invention which does not permit usage without specified conditions are fulfilled and which can destroy its contents via an internal system is not encountered.

In a China patent no. CN105559298, the invention is made of double-layered bag or suitcases and the unlocking mechanism is used by the microprocessor. The microprocessor applies the face identification, voice identification and fingerprint identification to the person who will open the lock, then opens the lock if all the requirements are fulfilled, following that it detects the geographical position with GPS and transmits the geographical position via GSM to an another predetermined point. However, a bag patent which does not permit the use without the desired conditions are fulfilled, without specified location data is checked and confirmed, and without an opportunity of destroying the contents if desired, has not been encountered in the literature.

In Chinese patent no CN103895940, the bag or suitcase is magnetically opened. Objects that are required to be protected are kept in a sealed compartment and are noticed if this compartment is opened. However, a bag patent which does not permit the use without the desired conditions are fulfilled, without specified location data is checked and confirmed, and without an opportunity of destroying the contents if desired, has not been encountered in the literature.

The Chinese patent no CN204703635 describes a structure which comprises an intelligent suitcase and the suitcase lock system including the bluetooth technology, and the suitcase system can be traced by its location. However, a bag patent which does not permit the use without the desired conditions are fulfilled, without specified location data is checked and confirmed, and without an opportunity of destroying the contents if desired, has not been encountered in the literature.

Considering these known examples in the prior art, it is seen that in the products manufactured for the safe transport of the user and transported products, a concept is formed comprising electronic circuits and satellite monitoring systems, and it is seen that such products achieve success in marketing. However, integrated security designs have not been found concerning location information and encryption systems.

Technical Problems That the Invention Aims to Solve

The subject of the invention is a secure messenger bag which is used for transporting valuable objects, that are intended to be kept confidential, from one place to another, and a system for designing a high security messenger bag attached, which can be monitored over the satellite, and besides containing a system in which desired conditions can be coded such as the air temperature, humidity, sound noise height and so on. The purpose of the secure messenger bag containing the said security system is to prevent the object it contains, especially the information, from getting into the hands of unauthorized individuals.

The main purpose of the use of the security system in the secure messenger bag is to prevent the files, valuable materials and all the movable items that need to be protected from getting into the hands of unauthorized individuals while transferring from one place to another, and to establish control and security while ensuring the transmission of the bag via signal transmission by connecting to the satellite.

An advantage secure messenger bag of the invention is not only to create a security system on the bag or to create a security system connected to the location data but to create a security system depending on many more programmable factors. In addition to the physical security systems on the bag, it is ensured that the bag is opened in a designated geographical location, and that the person-dependent password system is synchronized and integrated with the weather temperature, time, humidity, noise ratios and similar criteria in this geographical location.

Another advantage of the secure messenger bag is that when an external attack such as trying to open it with a liquid or solid substance is detected, the system detects this situation and informs users through GSM channels. As a result of this information, if the system is broke into, and if the transferred documents are important and are not intended to be passed on to the others, the bag system can destroy the contents of the bag if the user is instructed to destroy the inventory of the system itself in case of such emergencies. In this way, the protection of the confidential data security outside the virtual environment can be achieved. In addition to that, if the system does not work for any reason, a secondary unlocking system has been added so that it can be opened by the manufacturer.

Another advantage of the secure messenger bag of the invention is that if the bag is seized by an unauthorized individuals and in case of attempting to open it, the security system of the bag will cause the owner to be informed of a possible attack through the system and to record all locations, dates and other data on the event, thus the process could be scrutinized through history and location details. In addition to this, it contains a destruction system.

The device of the invention will be better understood via the figures.

Detailed Description of the Invention

The subject of the invention is a secure messenger bag which is used for transporting valuable objects, that are intended to be kept confidential, from one place to another, and a system for designing a high security messenger bag attached, which can be monitored over the satellite, and besides containing a system in which desired conditions can be coded such as the air temperature, humidity, sound noise height and so on. Flowever, it can also be used in similar systems such as luggage, cargo, etc. while maintaining the basic concept. Even though there is such a wide range of use, the focus will be on a messenger bag for the sake of clarity.

The secure messenger bag (12) of the invention is a secure bag or luggage that cannot be accessed by unauthorized individuals. Said system comprises a smart control unit (1 ) and an electronic locking mechanism (5) inside the bag in addition to the ordinary locking-unlocking mechanism for the objects of interest in the contents compartment (1 1 ) and provides protection (safety) by these basic elements.

As shown in Figure-1 with the schematic view of its conceptual design, the secure messenger bag (12) of the invention comprises the smart control unit (1 ) as a main element, the contents compartment (1 1 ) in which the contents to be transferred are located, the locking mechanism (5) which has a locking function and is connected to the smart control unit (1 ), also includes the GPS receiver (7), clock module (8), secondary safety circuit (6) and sensors (9) connected to the smart control unit (1 ) mentioned above.

As shown in Figure-2 with the schematic view of its conceptual design, the secure messenger bag (12) of the invention contains a smart card with GSM (2) which can be remotely controlled automatically and programmatically via the Internet, known as the "internet of objects", which organizes all functions within the said smart control unit (1 ). Smart control unit (1 ) includes a clock module (8) which is placed in connection with the mentioned GSM smart card (2) in which the history of all processes is traced, and a GPS receiver (7) for the satellite and location communication of the system mentioned above. The smart card with GSM (2) includes an in-house programmable microprocessor (2a), an RF Transceiver (3) and a GSM transceiver (4) that enables communication with the user. The smart card with GSM (2) certainly includes at least one data input/output port. Flowever, they were not needed to be represented in the figures. In addition, said secure messenger bag (12) is provided with a locking mechanism (5) connected to the smart card with GSM (2) and a bag contents destruction module (10). The GSM (Global System for Mobile Communication) electronic component in the smart card with GSM (2) is for providing remote communication. At close range, this can be the RF (radio frequency) signal if desired. Flere, GPS is the“Global Positioning System” with its original name.

The secure messenger bag (12) comprises a secondary safety circuit (6) to be able to recover the inventory in the contents compartment (1 1 ) in the system and to operate the security mechanism when the smart control unit (1 ) is out of the system for any reason, and leaf relays (6a), which are placed on the inside of the body container (1 1 a) surrounding the bag that are only known to the manufacturer. The body container (1 1 a) surrounding the bag is inside the secure messenger bag (12) and outside the contents compartment (1 1 ). The said serial relays (6a) are connected to one another by a series of electrical layouts, as one part of them is normally open and the other part is normally closed. The leaf relays (6a) are placed within the body container (1 1 a). In case the mechanism of the secure messenger bag (12) fails to perform its duty for any reason, the locking mechanism (5) is opened when only magnetic fields are applied to the normally open ones of these leaf relays (6a). In the absence of appropriate conditions (security breach), the mentioned security notification section (6b) is activated and smart card with GSM (2) on smart control unit (1 ) acts as programmed to establish the security of the system.

Other sensors (9) which are associated with the smart control unit (1 ) on the secure messenger bag (12) that are measuring the environmental conditions of the secure messenger bag (12), such as air pressure, temperature, loudness, humidity, etc. can be connected to the system. These sensors (9) can be the first sensor (9a) for temperature measurement, the second sensor (9b) for pressure, the third sensor (9c) for humidity or any other sensor which is a measurement sensor related to another control or safety (9n). These sensors (9) may vary depending on the degree of safety or on the requirements for unlocking the courier. For example, there may be variables apart from the ones mentioned above, such as noise-music, wind, air-gas ratio and so forth.

The conditions for unlocking the secure messenger bag (12) of the invention are loaded into the smart card with GSM (2) when the bag is closed. These conditions are the conditions such as the ambient environment, the noise level, the ordinates and coordinates of the opening location on the map etc., and the attempt to unlocking it without the mentioned conditions will be inconclusive. The user is informed of this situation via the GSM transceiver (4) by sharing the information over the internet through the interface (1 a) running on the user's computer systems (1 b). Nevertheless, if the secure messenger bag (12) is opened, the security system managed by the smart control unit (1 ) can destroy the contents of the bag through the destruction module (10). In the system, the smart interface (1 a) and the computer systems (1 b) are connected to the smart control unit. Certainly, it is clear that in order to the smart control unit (1 ) and the smart card with GSM (2) it includes provide security, the smart control unit (1 ) must be connected to the sensors (9), locking mechanism (5) and secondary security circuitry (6). The secure messenger bag (12) of the invention is kept under control at any time by the smart card with GSM (2) in the circuit it contains. The clock module (8) within the smart control unit (1 ) continuously reports the time to the smart card with GSM (2). Thus, during the transportation of the secure messenger bag (12), the system is allowed to remain in operation until the time of the unlocking command is came. On the other hand, the sensors (9) continuously inform the system of the measurement information (whichever value is to be measured) so that the system can remain in operation. The unlocking command may be given through the GSM signal from the area of the secure messenger bag (12) of the invention or by the interface (1 a) which remotely manages the system with the RF signal by the individual or individuals who send the said bag. If the secure messenger bag (12) of the invention is tried to be opened before the pre-programmed protocol requirements are met, the smart card with GSM (2) can perform one, several or all of the programmed operations.

It is aimed that a secure messenger bag of the invention can be better understood with a scenario case like the following. That is to say;

The secure messenger bag (12) of the invention can be programmed as: "It is unlocked at the central region of Kayseri, in T urkey, on August 8, 2017, between 16:30 - 16: 40, in an environment above 65 dB noise level and temperature below 15 °C". In that case, the individual or individuals who want to open the bag of the invention can open it at the specified time, in the central region of Kayseri, after first cooling it in a refrigerator and then opening the music on the radio in a room at high sound. In addition, the system can be provided with specific information (e.g., fingerprint condition, etc.) about the authorized individuals.

The unlocking command may be given through the RF signal from the area of the secure messenger bag of the invention or via the GSM signal by the individual or individuals who send the said bag.

If the bag of the invention is tried to be opened before the pre-programmed protocol requirements are met, the smart card with GSM (2) performs one, several or all of the programmed operations. These operations, although not limited to the listed below, may be briefly described as follows. a) A loud alarm sounds

b) Security forces are informed c) The location of the bag of the invention is reported to the predetermined points via the GSM channel

d) The bag content destruction module (10) of the invention is activated and the bag contents are destroyed

The smart loT card in the bag of the invention applies the following or similar algorithm regarding the opening attempt of the bag, albeit in different order.

In general, the working principle of the secure messenger bag (12) is based on the following method;

Process initiation (100) phase;

If there is no unlocking attempt at the process initiation (100) phase, go back to beginning, if there is an attempt, check whether there is an opening signal, if there is a signal, check in order the GPS position, the time and all conditions to be followed respectively. Unlock if all conditions are met; alert if not met and send time and GPS coordinates of the opening attempt to the centre and return to top.

If there is no opening signal, check if the bag is unlocked in another way (200);

If it is not unlocked at this stage, alert, send the time and GPS coordinates of the opening attempt and go back to the beginning, if it is unlocked check if the secondary security system is activated or not. If the secondary security system has been activated, unlock, if the secondary security system has not been activated, destroy the contents of the bag, send report of the destruction with time code and the GPS coordinates to the center.

Industrial Application of the Invention

The new improved protection method used in the secure messenger bag of the invention is to protect the transport systems and hence the possessed files of importance in the transportation and cargo sector against the possible negative attacks on these materials and it can be used in cases where it is necessary to protect valuable goods and thus provides new solutions for security systems. A secure messenger bag system is used to safely transport items that are important to the owner such as money, valuable items, important documents, expensive stones, company files, deeds, power of attorney, etc. with electronic circuits, where the protection of the data and the valuable items in it is essential and it can cause major problems when they come into the hands of others other than those sent. In addition to additional systems in the electronic industrial products such as withdrawal machines, electronic safe systems, card access systems, security cameras, control systems, computer systems, this protection system can be applied in areas with various kinds of use such as machine and defense industry. On the systems produced in all mentioned sectors, it is necessary to isolate the electronic signal flow from the outside world and protect the data stored. With the use of the aforementioned protection system on these electronic circuits and transport units, external attacks can be prevented and the safety of every important object can be ensured.
