Abstract:
A secure protection device and a method for distributed message transfer, in
which the master control board distributes the SA information to several processing
boards according to the predetermined rules, causing all the processing boards
receiving and storing the SA information implementing the IPSec processing,
so as to implementing distributing the IPSec processing to several processing
boards. So, when there are a great number of IPSec tunnels in a certain interface,
the IPSec processing executed to the message passed all the IPSec tunnels would
not depend on the one processing board in which the interface locate, but distribute
to the different processing boards to implement, causing that the several processing
boards effectively partakes IPSec processing corresponding to the several
SA.
