Abstract:
A securities management device 1 is provided with a storage control unit 131, a matching unit 133, and an owner changing unit 135. The storage control unit stores, in a storage unit 12, rights information corresponding respectively to a plurality of securities that have been issued and indicating a rights relationship of the securities, and stores, in association with each other in a blockchain 2, a user ID for a user owning a security and token information that indicates the security and that is used when the user references the rights information. The matching unit matches a person desiring to transfer a security and a person desiring to receive a security. The owner changing unit, when receiving an agreement for transferring and receiving the security from a person desiring to transfer a security and person desiring to receive the security who have been matched with each other, generates and stores, in the storage unit 12, rights information indicating the post-transfer rights relationship of the security being transferred, and stores, in association with each other in the blockchain 2, the user ID of the person desiring to receive the security and the token information corresponding to the security being transferred.
