Abstract:
It is made difficult for ordinary passersby to know definite information about the security cameras, such as the owner, administrator, and viewable-people of the security cameras, or the installed locations of the security cameras, even in security camera systems wherein it will be possible to implement the system so that the owner and the administrator of the images are separated from people who have the right to view the images, by having the obtained images encrypted and stored. Provided is a security camera system characterized in having an information disclosing means for making information about the security cameras, such as the owner, administrator, and viewable-people of the security cameras, or the installed locations of the security cameras, known to PCs, mobile phones, or other electronic devices, in regard to security cameras including fixed-point installation type cameras, cameras installed in high density on the ceiling of electric trains, and cameras installed in automobiles. With such a security camera system, infringement of privacy of people having their pictures taken can be avoided.
