Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a security implementation method and apparatus, and a terminal device, a network element and a certificate generation device. The method comprises: a terminal device acquiring an authorization certificate of a first network element, wherein the authorization certificate is used for the terminal device to verify whether to authorize the transmission of sensing data, and the authorization certificate comprises a first digital signature; and when the verification of the authorization certificate, which is performed on the basis of the first digital signature, is passed, the terminal device authorizing the transmission of the sensing data.
