Abstract:
The present invention is configured such that new telegraphic message information that one is attempting to set is sent from a base station (1) to a ground unit (3), and old telegraphic message information already saved in the ground unit (3) is overwritten by the new telegraphic message information. Due to this configuration, security information for railroad security equipment can be rewritten from a remote location.
