Abstract:
A management computer provided with a processor and a memory according to the present invention allocates a specific analyst who performs analytical work to entrusted device data, allocates a working desktop, which serves as a computer resource for performing the analytical work, to an identifier of the analyst who analyzes the device data, and allocates the device data to the working desktop on which the analyst performs the analytical work. The working desktop then analyzes the device data on the basis of instructions from the analyst, and the management computer accumulates, as history information, information about processing and operations performed on the device data by the working desktop, and outputs this working desktop history information relating to the device data, as working conditions. This makes it possible to enhance the transparency of the analytical service center in terms of security and to reduce the cost of achieving accountability.
