Abstract:
A user can hold a conversation with a security terminal (1) provided by a security service provider through speech by means of a mobile terminal (2) while the user is in motion. In case of a dangerous event, this conversation sets up a reportable state instantly and acts as a brake on a real action of a thug or a kidnapper lurking in the surroundings of the user. The mobile terminal (2) incorporates the GPS and transmits information on the position of the mobile terminal (2) to the security terminal (1). The security service provider invites advertisers selling a commodity or a service to put an advertisement and prepares a conversation scenario which is a content of a conversation for automatic reply according to the advertisement. The security terminal (1) (a) provides the user with a conversation companion acting service according to the conversation scenario and (b) detects a danger by receiving a danger occurrence report from the mobile terminal (2) or detecting a pause in the conversation. Thereafter, the security service provider dispatches a worker to the place where the mobile terminal (2) is present and takes an instant measure so as to suppress the danger to the user to a minimum.
