Abstract:
A method for protection of data transferred from a user equipment, UE, to one or more network nodes via a first path and a second path different from the first path, the first path and the second path including a first access network node and a second access network node respectively, the method comprising: deriving a security key used for the protection of data transferred via the first path and the second path, configuring the first path and the second path to use the same security key and the same algorithm to protect the data, and sending the data via the first path and the second path.
