Abstract:
The present invention provides a see-through-image-capturing device in which it is made possible to appropriately evaluate the internal structure of a device under test. This see-through-image-capturing device 1 is provided with: a timing control unit 13 for outputting an irradiation timing signal S1 in synchronization with a drive timing signal S4 for driving a device under test 31 or with a timing signal S5 that is the result of detecting an action of the device under test 31; electromagnetic wave generation units 22, 23 for irradiating the device under test 31 with a pulsed electromagnetic wave beam B1 having a wavelength that allows transmission through the device under test 31, the device under test 31 being irradiated in synchronization with the irradiation timing signal S1; and an electromagnetic wave detection device 41 for receiving the electromagnetic wave beam B1 transmitted through the device under test 31.
