Abstract:
Provided is a seesaw button which can save a space while satisfying the operability without causing leakage of light from a light source through a gap or the like. Also provided is an electronic apparatus equipped with the seesaw button. A seesaw button (1) comprises press members (15) provided in the main body (3) of an apparatus and to be pressed, a pair of switches (16) provided in the main body (3) at such positions as the both ends of the press member (11) overlap, a fixed portion (17), a flange portion (18), a stopper portion (19), and an elastic supporting portion (20). The fixed portion (17) has a columnar member (26) fixed to the main body (3). The flange portion (18) is formed convexly from the outer circumferential surface of the press member (15) and can be brought into contact with the inner surface of the front panel (3a) of the main body (3). The stopper portion (19) is formed convexly from the columnar member (26) toward the press member (15). The elastic supporting portion (20) can freely deform elastically and maintains such a state as the stopper portion (19) is spaced apart from the press member (15) and the flange portion (18) is brought into contact with the inner surface of the front panel (3a).
