Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a segmented automatic gain circuit applicable in an optical communication transimpedance amplifier, comprising: a transimpedance amplifier, an output end thereof being connected to a negative electrode input end of an operational amplifier via a resistor; an output end of the operational amplifier being connected to a control electrode of a switching transistor; also comprising an inverting amplifier provided as proportionally mirroring another inverting amplifier. An input end of the inverting amplifier is connected to an output end thereof and is connected to a positive electrode input end of the operational amplifier. A capacitor is connected between the output end of the operational amplifier and the negative electrode input end thereof. The output end of the operational amplifier is connected to the control electrode of the switching transistor. A collecting electrode is connected to a power supply via a resistor. The collecting electrode of the switching transistor is also connected to a negative input end of a voltage hysteresis comparator. A positive electrode input end of the voltage hysteresis comparator is connected to the power supply via a resistor. The positive electrode input end of the voltage hysteresis comparator also is grounded via a current source. An output end of the voltage hysteresis comparator is connected to the control electrode of the switching transistor.
