Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of mold structures, and in particular to a segmented tire mold, comprising a first mold part, a second mold part, and driving components. The first mold part comprises a plurality of first segmented blocks, the plurality of first segmented blocks are used for molding a part of tire tread patterns, and first guide rings are provided on the peripheries of the plurality of first segmented blocks; the second mold part comprises a plurality of second segmented blocks, the plurality of second segmented blocks are used for molding the other part of the tire tread patterns, and second guide rings are provided on the peripheries of the plurality of second segmented blocks; and the driving components are provided on the inner sides of the first guide rings and/or the second guide rings and are used for driving the first segmented blocks to move along the inner walls of the first guide rings and/or driving the second segmented blocks to move along the inner walls of the second guide rings, such that vulcanization and separation of a tire in the first segmented blocks and/or the second segmented blocks are realized. According to the present invention, the driving components are provided on the segmented blocks to drive the segmented blocks to move, the segmented blocks can be used in cooperation with a common vulcanizing machine, and production and operation costs can be reduced.
