Abstract:
A selected parking space based parking charging management method and system, the method comprising: a wireless vehicle-mounted terminal reporting the current vehicle location of a vehicle and a vehicle identifier to a big data analysis system (101); the big data analysis system recognizing the type of the vehicle according to the vehicle identifier, and recognizing, according to the vehicle type, a parking space suitable for the vehicle type (102); searching, within a management range thereof, for all vacant parking spaces of the size corresponding to the parking space type, and sending to the wireless vehicle-mounted terminal the location identifiers of all the discovered vacant parking spaces for the driver to select any one of the vacant parking spaces as a target parking space (103); generating a navigation path from the current vehicle location to the target parking space and sending same to the wireless vehicle-mounted terminal for parking navigation (104); and deducting, from an electric account bound to the wireless vehicle-mounted terminal, a corresponding parking fee according to the actual parking duration of the vehicle at the target parking space (105). The method and system can accurately navigate a vehicle to a parking space which is mostly suitable for the size of the vehicle, realizing unmanned parking charging, and improving charging management efficiency.
