Abstract:

The invention relates to a selective cut heading machine or advance working machine comprising a cantilever (1) on which rotatable cutting tools (2) are mounted, and which can be displaced by means of a running gear, especially a tracklaying gear (4). The aim of the invention is to improve the absorption of the restoring forces of the cutting tools (2). To this end, additional weights are provided in pre-defined absorption positions (3, 5, 7, 9) on the machine frame and/or on the cantilever (1).
