Abstract:
The present invention allows a platform, which carries out the storage of cargo, regasification, or a power generation operation at sea, to float on the sea when the platform moves by a selective-floating structure, and fixes the platform to a leg structure when the platform does not move, thereby easily and simply performing building and enabling the platform to be moved and provided as necessary.
