Abstract:
An information management server device matches the read-out policy information and user information in a replication request, and determines the permissibility of replication with respect to original data selected by the replication source selection information. When the determination result regarding the original data reveals that replication is allowed, the information management server device reads out a management ID of the original data relating to the management ID in the replication request and an electronic data body relating to an entity ID by referring to the first and second memory means, and generates original replication data by applying a new management ID to the replication data obtained by replicating the electronic data body.
