Abstract:
A self-adaptive control system for feed opening degree of a round baler, and a control method therefor, comprising: a feeding device, a rotary encoder (7), a displacement sensor (11), a hydraulic adjustment system and a controller (27); an input end of the controller (27) is electrically connected to the rotary encoder (7), the displacement sensor (11), a first oil pressure sensor (15) and a second oil pressure sensor (26) respectively, while an output end is electrically connected to an electromagnetic reversing valve (18) by means of an interlock controller (29); the controller (27) uses the force of a piston rod, the rotation speed and the rotation speed change rate of a feed knife roller as an input quantity, and uses the position of the piston rod as an output quantity, establishing a fuzzy control model of a feed opening degree of the feeding device, and, by means of the electromagnetic reversing valve (18), controlling the active adjustment of the extension and retraction of a piston rod of a left cylinder (9) and right cylinder (13) under hydraulic drive to achieve self-adaptive control of the feed opening degree, thereby reducing bundling performance instability which is caused by uneven feeding quantities, while preventing blockage failures of the feed knife roller which are caused by surges in feeding quantity.
