Abstract:
A self-adaptive intelligent exercise device for stretching upper body muscle groups. A lead screw lifting mechanism (2) is mounted on a rack (1), and a cam connection rod mechanism (4) is mounted on the lead screw lifting mechanism (2). A head shape memory sponge (SMP) (24) is arranged directly above a back shape memory sponge (SMP) (25). The head shape memory sponge (SMP) (24) is mounted on the rack (1), and the back SMP shape memory sponge (25) is mounted on the cam connection rod mechanism (4). The shape memory sponge (SMP) (3) is made of a comfortable and soft material, and generates a shape corresponding to the upper body contour features of different users, so as to realize a good conformal effect. The safety coefficient is high, the shape can recover after use, and repeated use is possible. Meanwhile, dynamic and static stretching exercise can be realized, so that the exercise outcome is more evident, and self-adaptive intelligent stretching of the upper body muscle groups is made possible.
