Abstract:
A self-adaptive safe speed-limitation protection system for an electric transmission mining dumper. The system comprises a vehicle control unit (VCU), wherein an input end of the VCU is connected to a weighing sensor, an inclination angle sensor, a temperature sensor, a rotation speed sensor, an electric brake pedal and an accelerator pedal, and an output end of the VCU is connected to a display terminal and a brake mechanism. The beneficial effects of the present invention are: the current state of an electric transmission mining vehicle can be automatically matched with safe speed-limitation protection, and in particular, self-adaptive safe speed limitation is performed on a vehicle in a downhill working condition, so as to prevent the vehicle from speeding, thereby improving the traveling safety and transport efficiency of the vehicle.
