Abstract:
Disclosed is a self-adjusting static pressure plane guide rail, comprising a base (1), a sliding block (2) provided on the base (1) and upper pressing plates (3) provided correspondingly to shoulder parts of two sides of the sliding block (2), wherein an outer edge of each upper pressing plate (3) abuts against the base (1) to form a supporting point (31), an inner edge of the upper pressing plate (3) serves as a force applying part (32), an upper pressing block (5) is provided between the force applying part (32) and the shoulder part of the sliding block (2), metal wires (6) are embedded between top faces of the upper pressing block (5) and bottom faces of the force applying parts (32) of the upper pressing plates (3) and slide along a sliding direction of the sliding block (2), and pre-tightening bolts (7) are provided through the upper pressing plates (3) and are connected to the base (1). In operation, when the vibration frequency changes, because of the cooperation of the flexibility of the pre-tightening bolts and the flexibility of the metal wires, clearances between oil films change accordingly, which can always maintain a rigidity effect between oil film layers.
