Description:

SELF-ADJUSTING TWO ROW TAPERED ROLLER BEARING FOR CONCRETE MIXING APPARATUS

Technical field

Mechanical parts which should be applied in order to provide an adequate functionality of machines or devices are considered to be a technical field of this document.

Actual state of the art

The gear boxes which contain an outlet flange being located on a double row self aligning spherical roller bearing or on a double row ball bearing is applied in order to provide a drum drive or flume which is an integral part of device used for completing of concrete mixture mixing. In between a drum axle a horizontal plane, there is an appropriate angle and only one row of roller corpuscles is loaded when operating the device, as a result of that, while it generates a huge axial force and this is a reason for very short bearing lifetime.

The outlet bearing which is an integral part of the device for completing of concrete mixture mixing is transmitting huge axial forces. As a result of that, the spherical roller bearing or a roll bearing is transmitting the axial and radial force via only one row of rolling corpuscles. The second row provides an appropriate rollover only and a possible axial force in the case of a reverse rollover (when driving down s sharp hill).

Background of the invention

The main gearbox bearing which is an integral part of the device for competing of concrete mixture mixing is designed so that a needed swinging motion ± 6 degrees is being assured via an external convex spherical surface created on an outer ring which is a part of conic bearings with a concave spherical surface which is created in a rack of a planetary gear. An internal ring of the bearing is located on a shaft related to the flange and a nut is fixing it to prevent an axial movement. Two rows of conic rolling corpuscles provide transfer of radial force, while they are mounted with the use of pre-stressing and with back sides to each other. A high axial

load will release elastic deformations caused by the above-mentioned pre-stressing, however the bearing will transfer a radial force, in spite of maximal load via two rows of rolling corpuscles. As a result of that, a bearing life time within this special application is being prolonged, while no supplementary surface treatment of the corpuscles is necessary and the lifetime becomes longer more than 90 percent. This result is reached based on that, the radial load will be further transmitted via two rows of rolling corpuscles and the whole operating surface of bearing will be utilized for those purposes.

An overview of figures contained within drawings

The enclosed drawing contains a figure which represents a bearing applied within spherical head which provides a bearing rollover and an assurance of axial forces.

Fig. 1 There is shown a cut or slice through the main bearing of the flange which is an integral part of the gearbox built in the device for competing of concrete mixture mixing, while it consists of two conic bearings mounted with the use of pre-stressing and with back sides to each other and contains a spacing ring and a convex spherical surface created on an outer ring of the bearing containing a set of conic corpuscles.

Fig.2 There is shown a cut or slice through the planetary gear which is an integral part of the device for competing of concrete mixture mixing, while in the concave spherical surface which is created in the rack of the planetary gear, there is located the main bearing of a gearbox which is an integral part of the devices for competing of concrete mixture mixing together with an integral ring which is located on the flange shaft.

Technical solution implementation - examples

A technical solution which is described within this document is designed in form of the main bearing which is a part of the flange contained within gearbox, while the gearbox is an integral part the device for completing of concrete mixture mixing 5.An enclosed Fig.l shows a bearing which consists of two bearings 1 and 2 containing a set of conic corpuscles mounted with the use of pre-stressing and with back sides to each other and contains a spacing ring 4, so that the pre-selected pre-stressing is being assured. The bearings 1 and 2 containing a set of

conic corpuscles are located in the outer ring 3 having an outer convex spherical surface 10. Fig. 2 represents a location of the main bearing 5 closely related to the gearbox of the device for competing of concrete mixture mixing, which is located on a flange shaft 9 and it is assured with the use of nut 8 in order to prevent the axial motion or movement, while the bearing containing a set of conic elements 1 and 2 are located within outer ring 3, with a convex outer spherical surface 10, while the surface meshes into a concave spherical surface 11, which is created in the rack of the planetary gearbox 6.

Industrial application

In principle, this technical solution was designed in form of the main bearing which is an integral part of the planetary gearbox closely related to the device for competing of concrete mixture mixing. However, this solution may be applied in the case of location concerning to shafts creating an integral part of other machinery products, machines applied in agriculture, transport or construction machines, as well.
