Abstract:
A self-balancing electric vehicle, comprising: a fixing plate, comprising a first fixing plate (1) and a second fixing plate (3) which are symmetrically arranged and are mutually rotatable, bottom surfaces of the first fixing plate (1) and the second fixing plate (3) being respectively provided with a first groove and a second groove that are axially penetrating; a middle box body (6), comprising a bottom plate (61) penetrating through left and right side surfaces of the middle box body (6), a first rotation rod (8) and a second rotation rod (9) extending from two sides of the bottom plate (61), and the first rotation rod (8) and the second rotation rod (9) being fixedly connected to the bottom plate (61); two wheels (4, 5) are respectively disposed on axial outer sides of the fixing plates and may rotate around the fixing plates; a hub motor, used for driving the two wheels to rotate; and a balance control system, connected to the hub motor and used to control the hub motor to drive the wheels to rotate. The self-balancing vehicle may be operated merely by means of foot control.
