A self-balancing fitness-enhancing electric tricycle having a rear wheel differential, the tricycle comprising a welded bike frame (1), a fork (2), an adjustable stem (3), handlebars (4), a front wheel (5), a left rear wheel (6), and a right rear wheel (7). The handlebars are installed on the welded tricycle frame via the adjustable stem. The front wheel is installed on the welded tricycle frame via the fork. A belt framework (8) is provided in the middle of the welded tricycle frame. A driven roller (9) and a driving roller (10) are provided at two ends of the belt framework, respectively. Rails (11) are provided at two sides of the belt framework, and a rotating shaft (12) is provided between the rails on two sides. A belt (13) is provided at an outer periphery of the driving roller, rotating shaft, and driven roller. The electric tricycle can be used for exercise and fitness enhancement, achieves balancing of the main body thereof, and enables stability, safety, comfort, and flexibility for riders, and has the advantages of superior safety, structural simplicity, etc.
