Abstract:
A self-balancing scooter, comprising a main scooter body (1) and wheels (2) installed on both sides of the main scooter body (1), and further comprising: a first seesaw (3) that is rotatably installed on the main scooter body (1); a detection device that detects a rotation angle and direction of the first seesaw (3); and a control device that is in signal connection with the detection device and can control the main scooter body (1) to reach a preset state according to a signal detected by the detection device, preset states comprising steering, linear motion, and in-situ hovering states of the main scooter body. In the self-balancing scooter, a detection device is used to detect the rotation angle and the rotation direction of a first seesaw, and cooperates with a control device, so as to control the steering, linear motion, and in-situ hovering states of the self-balancing scooter. The main scooter body of the self-balancing scooter is an integral body with high strength. Moreover, the self-balancing scooter does not have a steering handle, and therefore occupies smaller space.
